I'm a physician with an MBA from Duke University and have spent more than twenty years in global leadership roles across three Fortune 500 companies. Today, I serve as a Vice President in Medical Affairs at Pfizer.
I've always believed that everyone should have passions beyond work, things that keep you curious, inspire you to keep learning, and remind you that life is bigger than your job. For me, that's always been travel. I've spent every spare vacation day exploring far-flung corners of the world.
I've lived on three continents and traveled to more than fifty countries. Along the way, I've realized that my perfect trip is one part adventure, one part luxury, one part wonder.
Hi, I'm Ena
I've always wanted to see the world, but life had a way of getting in the way. Career. Family. Vacation days. There was always a reason to wait. Until one day I realized that if I kept waiting for the perfect time, I might never go. So I finally gave myself permission to say yes.
I'm a little travel mad. At any given moment, I have six or seven itineraries sitting in my desk drawer. All you have to say is, "Let's go," and I'm halfway to the airport.
For the past fifteen years, I've planned an annual adventure with friends to some exciting and enchanting corner of the world. We've seen timeworn ruins, we've slept under the desert stars, we've sipped coffee in tiny, hidden cafes. We've always, always come back with ridiculous stories.
Somewhere along the way, I realized the greatest joy wasn't just in going on these journeys—it was in planning them, sharing them, and watching other people fall in love with the world too. That's how Ena's Escapades was born.
The longer I travel, the more I realize that the journeys I remember most are where extraordinary places and remarkable people come together. Those are the moments that stay with me long after I've returned home, and they're the stories I hope to share here.
